Barb Siegel brought her trademark creativity and commitment to her years as President of the GTLD Network. The organization represents and advocates for students who exhibit both areas of giftedness and learning challenges and has been active in Montgomery County, Maryland for over 30 years. As President, Barb convened and led working groups, organized educational programming, and served as liaison with Montgomery County Public Schools. Her vision and tenacity allowed the group to reboot and better serve the needs of members thus ensuring its relevance and continued growth. She is a talented and committed leader and her contributions were invaluable.
